Purpose
The aim of the Billiard Room is to invite men and women to play games on the tables with pockets, without dues. The cues (sticks) are also provided. The people who are invited must be 18 years old or older. A resident must be in the pool room to play with a 16 or 17 year old guest, or be there to watch them play.
Membership Requirements/Dues
The residents of the Sunflower Community Association are members in any standing. There are no dues. Gambling is banned during the weekly tournaments.
Meeting Times/Location
Tournaments are played each Tuesday and Friday when the Village Center is open. A sign up sheet to each tournament is on the table in the Billiard Room. Your signature is on a numbered sheet so that the acting referee can randomly select the pairs or singles. The game is called 8 BALL. There is a RULE BOOK available. The competition starts at 1:30 p.m.
