3.         LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE: You may recall that Sunflower is in partnership with Tucson Water, Pima Smartscape, and the University of Arizona to serve as a pilot and demonstration project to show how HOAs can transform landscapes to be mindful of our water resources, require less maintenance, be more suitable for the climate, and still be beautiful and inviting. This is a work in progress and the changes will be phased in over time. We appreciate your patience as we move through the "growing pains" of this gradual transformation. We are pleased to report that there has been substantial movement forward in our transition to a more sustainable and vital landscape. Your Board has approved contracting with REALM, a premier landscape design firm, to develop a master plan that will be our roadmap as we proceed. For a review of what REALM will be doing, please click this link to their presentation to the Board. sunflowerliving.com/pageholder/Presentations_Links.html
