3.       POOL PARTIES ARE BACK: You are invited to the FREE Pool Party on June 11, 2021 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Come enjoy cooling off and listening to the sweet sounds of music provided by our one and only Mike Foreman. You may bring your own food and drink as long as it is in unbreakable containers. No reservations required!!! Our next Pool Party will be July 16, 2021 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Put this date in your calendar so you won't forget.
4.       FUN POKER: We'll be starting Friday, June 4th from 9:00am - 12:00pm. We also will be playing on Mondays from 12:00pm - 3:00pm. If you know that a "Full House beats a Flush", you have what it takes to play Fun Poker. We're in the library to play various casino-type games such as Hold-em, Omaha, Stud, and Draw plus a number of easy-to-learn poker variations. There are no, dues, house cuts or wild-card games. Any laughs or kidding around are free. If you would like to know more, to observe, and if you want to join in we'll get you started. The stakes are small in keeping with the "fun" part. Guys and Gals, give us a look-see. You may be glad that you did.
5.       JUNE ART GALLERY DISPLAY: Sandy Persels has agreed to put her display on animal masks up again in June.  She had them on display in February, but due to the lock down many did not get a chance to see this amazing display. Her display focuses on some of the world's threatened/endangered species. Please come in and take a look at the talented works of art by Sandy Persels.

11.      PRAC: The Preservation of Reserve Assets Committee (PRAC) is a standing committee tasked with assisting the Sunflower Board and Community Manager with updating, repair and replacement of our community's infrastructure (which we also call assets). This infrastructure can best be described as "if it's not your property, it probably belongs to our HOA". We have over 150 assets that belong to our HOA and each one needs to be monitored for repair/replacement when needed. We focus on assets valued at over $1500.00 and as a general rule do not get involved in routine maintenance issues. The condition and appearance of our infrastructure has a significant impact on our use, enjoyment and community pride. We are in need of new members with a willingness to be involved in this process and work towards achieving these goals. If interested, please contact Andy Skroch (PRAC Chair) at
12.      SUNFLOWER RESERVE STUDY PRESENTATION: Please join us in the Fiesta Room or by Zoom for the Sunflower Reserve Study Presentation on Wednesday, June 2nd from  9am - 10am. The presentation will take approximately 20 minutes with Q&A to follow. For those that are not able to attend, the presentation will be recorded. As soon as that video is available, it will be uploaded on the Sunflower Living website for resident to view. The zoom login information will be sent out in a separate e-blast..
