 1.         ELECTION COMMITTEE: For homeowners who received the electronic ballot for the CIF election, but would rather vote using a paper ballot, the Election Committee is providing that opportunity at the "Voting Table" this Saturday, March 27th in the Village Center from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Come to the "Voting Table", present your proximity card and request a paper ballot. You may then vote using the paper ballot, and place it in the Ballot Box. The return envelope must have the homeowner's lot number and signature on it before placing it into the Ballot Box.
 
As a reminder, the projects being voted on are in the Special Edition of the Sun Catcher available in the Village Center. The Special Edition explains in detail all the projects. Check the rack at the front door of the Village Center for the Special Edition or ask at the Front Desk for a copy.
 
The electronic and paper ballot CIF voting closes on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 5:00pm.
 
2.      YOGA CLUB: FREE Yoga classes MWF classes will meet from 7:45-8:45AM in the Fiesta Room starting April 12, 2021. Covid-19 waiver required. Please bring all of your own equipment.  Call Leslie Parr with any questions at 297-4833.  
 
3.      PICKLEBALL CLUB: The Pickleball Club hours will change as of Thursday, April 1.  The Social/Beginners will play Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Wednesday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The Competitive/Advanced will play Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  All Levels will play Saturday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
 
4.      SUNFLOWER COMMUNITY VETERANS CLUB COOKOUT: Just a reminder, that the Veterans Club will be having a cookout on Thursday, April 15th on the patio. Tickets are $12 each and include the choice of two sandwiches (hamburger, cheeseburger, hotdog), homemade baked beans, potato salad and a dessert. Serving begins at 11:30. Takeaway only. Tickets will be in your name at the Registration/Will Call table on the day of the event.
 
All sales proceeds and donations go to selected charities that have an emphasis on serving the Tucson area veteran community. COVID protocol will be observed.

5.         SmartScape Transformation Survey: The SmartScape transformation survey was sent out on Wednesday, March 24th. We are asking homeowners to take a few minutes to complete the survey. The results from the survey will help guide the development of the SmartScape Design Plan. Also, if you were not able to join the SmartScape presentation yesterday, please visit, sunflowerliving.com the video has been uploaded to "WHAT'S NEW".
