 1.         ELECTION COMMITTEE: Hopefully, all homeowners have received their CIF election ballot either electronically or paper ballot. If you have not received a ballot, contact the front desk and let them know. For homeowners who received the electronic ballot, but would rather vote using a paper ballot, the Election Committee is providing that opportunity at the "Voting Table" on Saturday, March 27th in the Village Center from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Come to the "Voting Table", present your proximity card and request a paper ballot. You may then vote using the paper ballot, and place it in the Ballot Box. If homeowners would like to review the projects being voted on, there is a Sun Catcher Special Edition that came out in the March
Sun Catcher which explains in detail all the projects. Check the rack at the front door of the Village Center for the Special Edition or ask at the Front Desk for a copy. The electronic and paper ballot CIF voting closes on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 5:00pm.

4.         SEMI ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS: Invoices for the April Assessment payment have been mailed out.
If you were previously signed up with autopay when First Service Residential was managing the community, you will need to update the information to ensure payments are being sent to AAM.
