1.         ELECTION COMMITTEE: For homeowners with an e-mail address with the Sunflower Community Association, the CIF election ballot appeared in your in-box on Monday, March 8th around 4:00pm titled "Sunflower Community Association Sunflower 2021 CIF Vote". The e-mail provided the homeowner's Lot Number and a password with a link to the Simply Voting website to enter your lot number and password to access the CIF ballot. OR the e-mail also provided another link that would access the ballot directly. The ballot contains the list of projects and cost of each. The homeowner votes for all the projects with one YES or NO vote, then clicks CONFIRM to complete the voting process.
A Paper Ballot was mailed on Wednesday, March 10, to homeowners without an e-mail address with the Sunflower Community Association.
For homeowners who received the electronic ballot, but would rather vote using a paper ballot, the Election Committee is providing that opportunity at the "Voting Table" on Saturday, March 27th in the Village Center from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Come to the"Voting Table", present your proximity card and request a paper ballot. You may then vote using the paper ballot, and place it in the Ballot Box.
The electronic and paper ballot CIF voting closes on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 5:00pm.
