1. Ballot Information: The election of three (3) board members for the Sunflower Board of Directors will close on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 5:00pm for both the electronic and paper ballot voting. If you have not voted electronically, now is the time to vote. If you received a paper ballot in the mail and have not returned it to the ballot box, now is the time to return your paper ballot to the Village Center ballot box before Sunday, Nov. 8th at 5:00pm.
2. Annual Meeting: Twenty (20) homeowners will have the opportunity to attend the Annual Meeting in person. If you wish to attend, pick up a ticket being issued by the Election Committee on a first come/first served basis on Saturday, November 7, 2020 from 9:00am to 11:00am at the Village Center Craft Room by presenting your proximity card. The issued ticket will allow 1 person per ticket per lot number to be admitted to the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting will also be available on ZOOM on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 6:00pm.
3. Board Meeting: Immediately following the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 the Board of Directors Meeting will take place.
4. STRENGTH & BALANCE: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. First class will start Tuesday, November 10th.  This will be held outside on the back patio. There is no fee. You must bring your own weights, proximity card and have a signed COVID-19 Waiver. If you have any questions, please call Marlene at 572-2554.
5. SUN CATCHER ARTICLE WRITERS: Due to the change of management companies, please send your articles no later than the 12th of the month to Lori at  The article maximum words are 250.  If you sent the December article previously, I have not received any from my old email address.  Please resend to the above address.  Thank you.
6. 2020/2021 DIRECTORIES: You may pick up one (1) free directory per household starting Monday, November 9th.  If you want another one the charge is $1.00. The directories are for residents only. 
7. THE PRIMAVERA FOUNDATION: The organization is in need of the following: ? Foot Powder (any size) ? Socks ? Feminine Hygiene items ? General Hygiene items ? Canned Food (w/pop top lids if possible) ? Used, empty prescription bottles (labels removed)
*No clothing at this time. Please place items in the Primavera box outside the front entrance of the Village Center. Thanks for your donation.
8. LANDSCAPE CIRCLE: Someone stole the majority of the painted rocks from our new landscape circle out back. Itís a shame that there are people like this out there. If you have an idea who might have done such a deed, please let us know. A lot of time, effort and talent went into making each of our lives a little brighter; letís not let someone take the light away.
9. VETERANS MEMORIAL PROGRAM: Wednesday, November 11th at 9:30 a.m. at the Gazebo behind the Village Center.  CDC Procedures apply.  Masks required.  50 seats available with social distancing.  Seats are on a first come basis.  The Village Center will be closed please walk around to the back on sidewalk. 
10. VETERANS CLUB BBQ: November 18th at 11:30 a.m. Take Out only.  To order tickets click HERE. Online purchases can be made through November 7th. Use your PayPal account or credit card. Tickets available at ďWill CallĒ table at BBQ.  This link also accepts donations but requires a separate transaction.
